Ingredients
- Knob of butter
- 2 rashers streaky bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 18 fl oz milk
- 2 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 10oz/300g smoked haddock fillets
- 5oz/140g frozen sweetcorn
- chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter, add chopped bacon and onion.
Gently fry for 5 mins to soften.
Step 2
Add the milk, potatoes, haddock and sweetcorn, simmer for 10 mins.
