  • 2 rashers streaky bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 18 fl oz milk
  • 2 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 2 10oz/300g smoked haddock fillets
  • 5oz/140g frozen sweetcorn
  • chopped parsley

Step 1

Melt butter, add chopped bacon and onion.
Gently fry for 5 mins to soften.

Step 2

Add the milk, potatoes, haddock and sweetcorn, simmer for 10 mins.
