To make guacamole- in a large bowl add avocados
- 4 all beef hot dogs
- 4 hot dogs buns
- 1 (9 ounce) container nacho cheese dip
- ¼ cup onion (chopped)
- pickled jalapeno slices
- salsa
- Guacamole-
- 2 ripe avocados (flesh scooped out and pitted)
- ¼ cup cilantro
- the juice of 1 lime
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- salt (to taste)

1. Heat the oven to 220 degrees
- - 12 good quality pork sausages
- - 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- - 3 onions, thinly sliced
- - 1 & a half tsp mustard seeds
- - 3 tbsp maple syrup
- - 6 part baked mini baguettes
- - 4 tsp mustard
- - large pinch of brown or muscavado sugar
- - 2 tsp wine or cider vinegar
- - a splash of tabasco
