To make guacamole- in a large bowl add avocados

  • 4 all beef hot dogs
  • 4 hot dogs buns
  • 1 (9 ounce) container nacho cheese dip
  • ¼ cup onion (chopped)
  • pickled jalapeno slices
  • salsa
  • Guacamole-
  • 2 ripe avocados (flesh scooped out and pitted)
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • the juice of 1 lime
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • salt (to taste)

1. Heat the oven to 220 degrees

  • - 12 good quality pork sausages
  • - 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • - 3 onions, thinly sliced
  • - 1 & a half tsp mustard seeds
  • - 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • - 6 part baked mini baguettes
  • - 4 tsp mustard
  • - large pinch of brown or muscavado sugar
  • - 2 tsp wine or cider vinegar
  • - a splash of tabasco
