Separate the whites from the yolks
- The dough:
- 3 eggs
- 80 g butter, melted
- 15 g flour
- 25 g cornflour
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste (30 ml)

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- salt

- 50 g natural fromage frais
