Courgette and minced beef bake with rice

Cook the rice in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes
- 500 g of minced beef
- 100 g rice
- 4 onions, chopped
- 5 courgettes
- 200 g button mushrooms
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 10 cl crème fraîche
- Juice of one lemon
- 100 g grated cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Chili powder
Madagascan beef stew (Romazava)

In a stew pot, heat the oil over fairly high heat, and fry the chunks of beef
- 1,5 cl of vegetable oil
- 1 kg of stewing beef, cubes (preferably the shank)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3-4 thin slices of fresh ginger
- 1 fresh tomato, chopped
- Salt, Pepper
- 500g paracress leaves (Acmella oleracea - found in Chinese shops)
