Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing and fill the chicken

  • 1 Cornish chicken
  • The stuffing:
  • · 1 piece of baguette bread cut into small pieces
  • · 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • · 2 tsps maple syrup
