- 100g pudding rice
- 450ml single cream
- 450ml full-fat milk
- 55g caster sugar
- freshly grated nutmeg
- Rind of 1 orange
- 25g unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoon strawberry jam
Courgette and minced beef bake with rice
