- For the biscuits:
- 900gr plain flour
- 200gr caster sugar
- 240gr olive oil
- 240gr vegetable oil
- 160gr orange juice (fresh)

- 1tsp bicarb. soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp grounded cloves
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- zest from 2 oranges
- For the syrup:
- 400gr caster sugar
- 400gr honey
- 400 gr water
- zest from 1/2 lemon
- grounded walnuts (to serve)

In a bowl, mix the softened butter, icing sugar and egg yolks with a spatula
- 125 g salted butter, softened
- 75 g of icing sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 250 g flour
- 2 tablespoons of cold water
