  • 70g Caster Sugar
  • 70g Brown Sugar
  • 70g Golden Syrup
  • 210g Self-raising flour
  • 100g Chocolate Chips (white chocolate works best)
  • 3 Tablespoons Chocolate Powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter with sugars and syrup until a cream-like texture. Add chocolate powder and add additional chocolate until all mixture has chocolate-like colour

Step 2

Add flour add mix until mixture thickens

Step 3

Add chocolate chips

Step 4

Bake at Gas Mark 5/180 degrees for 8-10 minutes
