- 4 Pickled Beetroots

Step 1
Put the beetroot into a bowl and roughly mash, leaving pieces of beetroot.
Step 2
Stir in 1/2 tablespoon of horseradish (or more if a strong taste is preferred)
Step 3
Serve as a side dish. Great at BBQs!
