- 250g plain flour
- 5g baking powder
- 1 tsp yeast
- a pinch of salt
- 1 tsp oil
- 130ml milk

Preparation
Step 1
Warm the milk.
Step 2
Mix plain flour, baking powder, yeast and salt together.
Step 3
Add in warm milk and oil.
Step 4
Mix the ingredients together to form a dough.
Step 5
Cover and let it rise for 30min.
Step 6
Cut into 8 pieces and let it rise for another 15min.
Step 7
Make the dough flat and put in the red bean paste. Seal and twist.
Step 8
Put the bun on a small squared size paper and put in on boiled water in the steamer to let it rise for 15 min.
Step 9
Steam for another 15min.
