Ingredients

  • 260ml warm water
  • 2tp sugar
  • 7g dried yeast
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 450g self-raising flour
  • a pinch of salt
  • topped with mozarella/chedder cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix warm water and sugar.

Step 2

Add yeast and let it stand for 30min.

Step 3

Add in oil flour and salt. Mix everything into a dough and kneed for more than 10min.

Step 4

Let it rise for 1 hour. After 1 hour, punch the dough lightly and let it rise further for 30min.

Step 5

Cut the dough into 3 equal parts, roll and braid them.

Step 6

Cover the dough and let it rise for 30min.

Step 7

Preheat oven to 160oC.

Step 8

Sprinkle your favourite cheese on top of the bread and bake in the oven for 30min.

Can sprinkle sugar on top of the bread when serving.
