  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups S.R. flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 mashed bananas
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Rub margarine into dry ingredients, add the beaten eggs and mashed bananas.

Step 2

Put into a greased 2lb loaf tin and bake in a moderate oven (170°C fan) for 45–50 minutes.
