- 125g unsalted butter
- 125g sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2tsp cocoa powder

Step 1
Leave the butter to warm up to room temperature. Cream the together butter and sugar together and add the cocoa powder.
Step 2
Add the flour and stir until mixture reaches a runny consistency. Then divide into 15 fairy cake cases.
Step 3
Bake for around 20-25 minutes until are golden brown and spring back.
