  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 80g self raising flour
  • 100g butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 chocolate chunk per plastic tub

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together the butter and sugar.

Step 2

Whisk in the eggs.

Step 3

Fold in the flour and cocoa.

Step 4

Fill each of the plastic ramekins 3/4 full with mixture. Put a chocolate chunk in each then fill up each ramekin.

Step 5

Put the puddings into the microwave for 5 minutes on full power.

It is 5 minutes for 4 so if cooking only one divide the time accordingly.
