Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 190 °. Melt together, in a bain-marie, the chocolate and butter.
Mix the eggs with sugar, add flour and baking powder, then gently fold in the chocolate mixture / melted butter, until all the ingredients are well mixed.

Butter and flour a small baking tray or a small flan tin, pour in the batter and bake at 190 ° for 12 min. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

Cut dried apricots into thin strips. Melt the milk chocolate in a bain-marie, place a sheet of greaseproof paper on a baking tray that can go in the fridge. Pour the chocolate over the tray so as to have a minimum thickness of 3 mm and place the dried apricots on top. Chill for at least 45 min.

Step 2

Heat the milk mixed with cream in a small saucepan, melt the white chocolate, stirring often, leave to cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for at least 1h. Remove the chocolate cake from the tin, cut out six round circles (about 4 to 5 cm in diameter), using a knife cut a round well in the middle of the cakes.

Place the cakes onto a serving dessert plate, spoon the white chocolate cream into the "wells", accompany with pieces of milk chocolate with the apricot.
