- 4oz Butter/margarine
- 2 tablespoons Golden syrup
- 3 dessertspoons Drinking chocolate
- ½ lb chocolate
- 1 cup raisins
- ½ lb rich tea biscuits

Step 1
Smash the biscuits into small crumbs
Step 2
Melt the butter, sugar, syrup and drinking chocolate in a saucepan over a low heat
Step 3
When melted, remove from heat and add the raisins and broken biscuits
Step 4
Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a glass bowl
Step 5
Melt the chocolate
Step 6
Spread the mixture into a tin and press down with the back of a spoon
Step 7
Cover with melted chocolate
Step 8
Leave in the fridge to set
