  • 3 medium potato
  • Cold water
  • Pinch or salt
  • 2 tbsp oil ( olive oil, rapseed)

Preparation

Step 1

Pre heat oven to 200 celcius.
Peel the potatoes and cut into strips.

Step 2

In a saucepan put the potatoes in cold water with salt and bring to a boil. Drain the potatoes and put into a large bowl. Add oil and coat the chips by using hands or a wooden spoon

Step 3

Line a baking tray and spread chips out evenly. Cook for 20 minutes in oven turning them over half way until golden brown

The chips might take longer just do until they are golden brown
