- 1 piece of dried tangerine
- 200g red bean
- water
- 175g brown sugar pieces
- glutinous rice flour

Step 1
Scratch out the white part of dried tangerine for use later on.
Step 2
Add 400ml boiled water into a saucepan with the red bean and boil for further 20min using medium fire.
Step 3
Let it cook without the fire for 10min.
Step 4
Filter out the red beans. Pour the red beans back into the saucepan, add 700ml water, cook over high heat.
Step 5
Cook over low heat for 20min, then without fire for 2 hours.
Step 6
Add another 800ml water, boil over high heat. Turn into low heat after boiled and cook for 2 hours.
Step 7
Cook without the fire for another 1 hour.
Step 8
Blend the red beans with brown sugar pieces.
Step 9
Add salt and dried tangerine and blend.
Step 10
Add glutinous rice flour mixed with water and blend until the paste is formed.
