Preparation
Step 1
Fry the whole fish and leave it aside.
Step 2
Chopped the onions and garlic into tiny pieces.
Step 3
Stir-fry them in a pan until slightly brown.
Step 4
Add in a table spoon of fermented soy bean paste and a teaspoon of sugar.
Step 5
Stir everything together and add 1/3 of a cup of water.
Step 6
Let it simmers for a few minutes.
Step 7
Pour the sauce on top of the fish.
Step 8
Serve.
Garnish the fish with ginger slices, spring onion slices and chilli slices.
