Chicken rice with soy sauce

Step 1

Soak the shitake mushrooms in water at least an hour before cooking.

Step 2

Stir-fry garlic and onions until the aroma comes out.

Step 3

Add in diced chicken and stir-fry a while.

Step 4

Add in shitake mushroom and uncooked rice. Mix well.

Step 5

Add in pinch of salt, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

Step 6

Mix well and continue stir-frying until the chicken is cooked.

Step 7

Transfer everything to the rice cooker, add water and serve when the rice is cooked.
