Ingredients

  • 75g Choux pastry
  • 250ml double cream
  • 100g melted chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Make the choux pastry and leave to cool

Step 2

Fill the forcing bag with mixture and pipe in to 7.5cm lengths onto greased and lined baking tray

Step 3

Bake until light, golden and puffy

Step 4

Remove from oven and cut in half to allow hot air to escape

Step 5

When cold, fill with whipped cream

Step 6

Coat top with melted chocolate
