Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 240 ° C. Wash and peel the potatoes.
Step 2
Rinse them again under cold water then dry with a clean cloth. Cut the potatoes into chips (preferably thin).
Step 3
Mix a teaspoon of paprika with a tablespoon of oil in a salad bowl. Pour the chips into the bowl.
Step 4
Mix well so that all the chips are coated in oil. Cover an oven grill with a sheet of baking paper.
Step 5
Arrange the chips on the grill making sure they do not touch. Bake in a hot oven for 40 to 60 min (depending on the oven and the thickness of fries).
Step 6
Remove the oven rack every 15 minutes to shake the chips to turn them so that they become golden on all sides. When the chips are cooked, place in a serving dish.
Step 7
Add salt and they're ready!
