- 15g vanilla sugar

Step 1
Set the oven to gas 6. Peel the apples and cut in half. Remove the cores. Melt the butter and icing sugar in a pan, caramelise.
Step 2
Add the apples to the mix and let them become golden brown but not too dark. At this stage, add the vanilla sugar and cinnamon.
Step 3
Lay the apples out onto the pastry, cook in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
Serve warm with crème feuilleté.
