Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. In a bowl, place the yogurt, then rinse the pot and use it as a measuring cup for the rest of the ingredients. Successively add to the bowl: the sugar, flour, almond powder, flavouring, eggs, oil, yeast. Stir well between each ingredient until the dough is smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Add the fruit, peeled and cut into small cubes. Pour into paper cases, bun tins or silicone muffin tins. Bake for 20 minutes. Leave to cool a few minutes before removing from the tins.
