Roll out the filo pastry and place the butter on top. Add the ginger loaf cake, broken into small pieces and then add the goats cheese also crumbled into small pieces. Pour the apple sauce on top then add the walnuts.
Step 2
Close the pastry and place it in the oven for 25 minutes on low heat.
