Ingredients
- 250g Margarine/Butter
- 250g Caster Sugar
- 50g Cocoa Powder
- 4 Medium Sized Eggs
- 350g Self Raising Flour
- 2tbsp. Baking Powder
- 200g Chocolate (cut into roughly 1cm sized chunks)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180 c and prepare the cake cases
Step 2
Cream the margarine and the sugar together
Step 3
Add the cocoa powder and eggs then mix once again
Step 4
Add the flour gently, folding in a little at a time
Step 5
Add the chocolate chunks and mix once again
Step 6
Place into you cake cases and bake for 150 20 minutes
Step 7
Place onto cooling rack and leave for 10 minutes
Step 8
Add icing if desired
