Vietnamese chicken salad

- 4 chicken breast
- 1 white cabbage
- 4 limes
- 20 g sugar
- bunch of mint
- bunch of Vietnamese mint

Preparation
Step 1
poach the chicken breast for 20 mins,
Step 2
once cook take it out and allow it to cool down completely,
Step 3
cut the cabbage in half and shred both halves finely,
Step 4
put the cabbage into a large bowl,
Step 5
finely shred the Vietnamese mint and normal mint, then add it to the bowl.
Step 6
slice up the chicken and then add it to the cabbage and mint.
Step 7
add the sugar to the bowl, then halves the limes and squeeze it into the bowl.
Step 8
taste it and if it's to acidic add more sugar to taste.
Step 9
then mix everything mix and it's ready to be served.
