Step 1
Take four peppers and slice each one in half, removing the contents of each
Step 2
Drizzle with olive oil and place under a grill of medium heat
Step 3
Cook the savoury rice, which takes 20 minutes
Step 4
Once the rice has cooked, check on the peppers
Step 5
If the peppers are cooked, remove from the grill and fill with the rice
Step 6
Sprinkle salt and pepper on top if required
