Crush the fennel seeds and add to a pan over a low heat with a splash of oil and the chilli. Fry for about 5 minutes.
Add the meat from the sausages, use a wooden spoon to separate out and fry until golden brown. Stick the pasta on to cook according to the packet instructions.
Squeeze the lemon into the sausage mixture and add a splash of white wine. Turn up the heat until the liquid is bubbling, then add the mixed herbs and leave at a lower heat to simmer.
When the pasta is done, mix with the sausages and serve.
