  • 150g penne pasta
  • 2 small fresh tomatoes
  • 100g goat's cheese
  • Frozen chopped basil
  • Optional: 2 teaspoons whipping cream

Preparation

Step 1

Cook 150g (raw weight) of penne pasta in plenty of boiling water.

Step 2

Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and cut the goat's cheese into small cubes.

Step 3

Once cooked and drained, divide the pasta between two serving plates and sprinkle the diced tomato and goat's cheese evenly over it.

Step 4

If necessary (this is often the case), pop the pasta in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (with or without cream). Add a little frozen basil at the last minute (it will thaw immediately).
