Ingredients
- Garlix Mixture:
- 1 clove of garlic
- Sprinkle of salt
- A tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Potatoes:
- 6 large potatoes (peeled)
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Crush and mix garlic paste ingredients together, then set aside.
Step 2
Cut potatoes to desired shape, lightly season with salt and pepper and coat with oil. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Step 3
Remove foil and bake until crispy - approx 30 minutes
Step 4
Remove and pour garlic sauce over. Return to oven for 3 minutes.
