Hunters Chicken Pie

This recipe came about because we took chicken bits out the freezer instead of chicken breasts but we now all love it.
Ingredients
- 1kg potatoes peeled and diced
- 75g butter
- 4 tbspns milk
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 400g chicken bits
- 150g bacon bits
- 250g ready made bbq sauce
- 150g mature cheddar gated

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180
Step 2
boil potates and mash with butter, milk and salt and pepper until smooth
Step 3
Place chicken, bacon and bbq sauce in an ovenproof dish
Step 4
Top with Potato and bake for 30 minutes until potato browns on top
Step 5
remove pie from the oven and top with cheese. place under a hot grill until cheese is melted
Step 6
Serve with veg of your choice
