- 6oz Plain or Self Raising Flour
- 6oz Margarine
- 6oz Sugar
- 3 Eggs

Using a fork, mix the sugar and margarine together.
Add the eggs one at a time (mixing each one in).
Add flour and mix until mixture is light and creamy.
Spread mixture in to 24 Fairy cake holders.
Bake on 150°C for 20-30 minutes.
Watch through door.
Do not open until cooked or cakes will sink.
