- 1 whole pheasant
- a bunch of nettles
- a pint of water

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the pheasant in the oven or bbq (with wood or charcoal)
Step 2
Get a pan , put in the water and the nettles.
Step 3
Boil the pan with the nettles and water
Leave the leaves in for 10 minutes
Step 4
Strain out all water
When the pheasant is cooked, take out of the oven and carve
Step 5
Put both the pheasant and nettles on a plate and serve
