Cranberry Sauce with Jalapeno Peppers

Ingredients
- ¾ cup (180ml) Sugar
- 1 cup (240 ml) water
- 300g Cranberries
- 2 deseeded and finely chopped red Chillies
- 3 teaspoons Lime Juice

Step 1
Dissolve the sugar in the water, add the cranberries, chillies & lime juice.
Bring to the boil and then simmer for about ten minutes with the lid on.
Remove the heat and break up a little or leave as they are and simmer for a further 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat pour into a jar (with a good seal), allow to cool and refrigerate.
