  • 1 Loaf Foccacia
  • 6 Rashers of Bacon
  • Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 Handfuls of Spinach
  • Chopped Sundried Tomatoes
  • Chopped Grilled Peppers
  • 1 wheel of Camembert
  • 2 balls of mozzarella

Preparation

Step 1

Fry bacon and spinach in a little olive oil

Step 2

Slice foccacia in half and spread cranberry sauce on one half. Cut camembert into small wedges and place along cranberried foccacia.

Step 3

Add a layer of bacon and spinach. Add a layer of tomatoes and peppers. Followed by a layer of sliced mozzarella.

Step 4

Put in a 180 degree/gas mark 5 oven until cheese has melted
