Step 1
Bake the peppers whole and they are ready sprinkle them with salt, cover them and leave them for 15 minutes
Clean skin, spines, and I put it in a paper towel to soak up the broth
Fill each pepper with a slice of cheese, flour them pass through the egg with salt and a little pepper and fry them in hot oil.
