Gigantic filling sandwich

  • 125 g cooked ham
  • 125 g thin slices of rosette saucisson or salami sausage
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 red onion
  • finely chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • cut into thin strips
  • Mixed baby salad leaves and green and purple basil leaves and nasturtium
  • Cheese
  • in slices
  • Emmental
  • Gruyere or Cheddar (100-125 gr)
  • 1 focaccia loaf with olives of about 18x10 cm
  • 15 ml of mustard
  • 15 ml mayonnaise
  • 5 ml of vinegar
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Step 1

Heat the focaccia in the oven so that the crust is crisp beautiful.
Cut in half along its length.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, basil and nasturtium.
Prepare the dressing by mixing the mustard and mayonnaise, add the vinegar, salt and pepper.
Butter the inside of the loaf and spread a little mustard.

Step 2

Assemble the sandwich by placing the ham, tomatoes, cheese, onions, salami, peppers and various green leaves on the bottom of the loaf.
Drizzle with the sauce and close the sandwich with the top of the loaf.
