Artichokes with salmon and cream cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 artichoke hearts
  • frozen
  • 150 gr of mascarpone
  • 1 fresh goat cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/4 bunch of chives
  • salt
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon

Preparation

Step 1

Steam cook the artichoke hearts for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Leave to cool.

Step 3

Pour the mascarpone in a bowl, add the goat cheese and mix with an electric whisk.

Step 4

Add the garlic and the chopped chives.

Step 5

Mix again and add salt to taste.

Step 6

Spread the cream cheese onto each artichoke hearts.

Step 7

Place the smoked salmon onto the work surface. Cut out 4 discs using a round cutter or a glass. Place a disc on each artichoke heart.

Step 8

Chill for 3 hours in the fridge, then serve.
