Salmon Lasagne with Spinach

Step 1

In a large bowl mix the ricotta, creme fraiche, spinach and olive oil. Salt and pepper and reserve.

Step 2

Remove the skin from the salmon steaks and cut them into strips. In the bottom of the dish, place a layer of lasagne pasta, 1/3 of the mixture from the bowl, 1/3 of the strips of salmon, lasagne pasta, another 1/3 of the mixture, 1/3 salmon, lasagne pasta, the rest of the mixture, the rest of the salmon and remaining lasagne pasta. Sprinkle with mozzarella and grated Parmesan. Salt lightly and give 2 to 3 turns of ground pepper. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
