- All ingredients are to taste
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Splash of orange juice

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Step 2
Mix the soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar and orange juice together in a bowl. Coat the salmon pieces in the marinade and leave for half an hour.
Step 3
Line a roasting tin/baking tray with foil and bake the salmon for about 10 minutes or until cooked at 200C.
