Preparation

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts in two lengthwise.

Step 2

Place slices of the cheese of your choice (brie, goat cheese, whatever you fancy...).

Step 3

Close the chicken with toothpicks

Step 4

Prepare a plate with three egg yolks and beat them.

Step 5

In another plate put flour or bread crumbs (depending what you prefer).

Step 6

Dip the chicken breasts first in the egg, then in the flour or bread crumbs and cook on both sides with salt and pepper.
