Ingredients

  • 325g / 13oz granulated sugar
  • 100g / 4oz light brown soft sugar
  • 100g / 4oz cocoa powder
  • 25g / 1oz plain flour
  • 397g / 14oz can of condensed milk
  • 250ml / 9fl oz water
  • 30g / 1oz butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation

Step 1

Chuck in the sugar, cocoa powder and flour into a saucepan.

Step 2

Pour in the milk, water and butter and bring to the boil, stirring continuously.

Step 3

Once boiling, keep stirring and boiling for a further five minutes.

Step 4

Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla essence.

Step 5

Ready to serve!
