Amazing Soft & Chewy White Chocolate Chip Cookies
Classic white chocolate chip cookies, soft and squidgy on the inside and crunchy on the outside!
- 340g self raising flour
- 225g butter
- 225g sugar
- 200g white chocolate chips
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 20ml milk

Mix the ingredients together in a big bowl, use your hands to knead the dough. If crumbly, add more butter.
Make around 20 - 22 cookies small ball of dough, about 1.5cm thick.
Place on a lighlty-greased tray at least 5cm apart so they don't stick together when cooking.
Cook in the oven preheated to 180°C for about 15 mins or until golden brown.
