- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 2 cups flour

Preparation
Step 1
Beat the butter, oil and icing sugar together. Add the flour and combine to form a soft dough.
Step 2
Taking large, marble sized balls of dough, flatten in the palm lightly and place about 2 cm apart on baking trays. Using a fingertip, place a dot of cinnamon in the centre of each biscuit.
Step 3
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 180 C. Cool on wire racks, then store in an airtight container.
The biscuits will become larger as they bake, so the balls formed should be smaller than the size of the biscuit desired.
