- 500g of puff pastry
- 400g of sausage meat
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon of sage or thyme
- 1 egg to brown

Preparation
Step 1
Fry the onions in some oil.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the sausage meat, sage or thyme and the onions.
Step 3
roll a long piece of sausage meat in the puff pastry and cut into the size serving.
Step 4
beat the egg in a jug and using a pastry brush, shine the pastry with it.
Step 5
Put them on a tray and cook for 20-25 minutes.
