Ingredients

  • 150 g marshmallows, melted in the microwave
  • 5 ml vanilla essence
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 100 g crushed pineapple
  • 125 ml lemon juice
  • 1 prepared crushed biscuit crumb crust

Preparation

Step 1

Mix lemon juice and condensed milk.

Melt marshmallows in microwave and add to condensed milk and lemon juice. (You can also chop the marshmallows into small pieces but its very difficult as they are very sticky)

Step 2

Whip cream stiffly then add vanilla essence and pineapple. Mix everything together and pour into prepared crumb crust.
Refrigerate to set.
