nutty marshmallow chocolate cake

Ingredients

  • 150g butter/margarine
  • 150g demerara sugar
  • 150g self raising flour
  • 2-4 sachets of hot chocolate powder
  • As many marshmallows as you want (I recommend loads!)
  • Mini Smarties (loads of these too)
  • 2 massive table spoons of peanut butter (more or less depending on what you like)
  • Chocolate fudge icing (about half a tub)
  • Chocky dodgers

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together 75g of butter and 75g of sugar

Step 2

Mix in 75g flour

Step 3

Add in all your peanut butter and add half of your marshmallows

Step 4

add in all your hot chocolate powder

Step 5

Separate the mix between 2 trays and stick in the oven on gas mark 6 for about 20 minuets (or until it looks done!(use the knife trick))

Step 6

Repeat steps 1 and 2

Step 7

add in the rest of your marshmallows

Step 8

separate into 2 trays

Step 9

Cook for the same time as the first 2 parts

Once all the layers are cooked and cool leave one chocolate slice full size then make one of the plain slices about a centimeter smaller all the way round then use a large cookie cutter on the next chocolate slice then a medium cookie cutter on the final slice. Then stick the slices together with icing sugar mixed with water. Smother the cake in chocolate fudge icing. Mix some chocolate fudge icing with peanut butter then poor that on. Sprinkle Smarties and broken up chocky dodger over it. Place a whole chocky different on top and voila dig in!
