Preparation
Step 1
After washing the strawberries, cut into 4 lengthwise, then leave them in a bowl with a good tablespoon of sugar and collect the juice.
During this time, make the whipped cream with single cream and 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar or vanilla sugar. When the whipped cream is ready, add a plain peiti suisse or fromage blanc and mix in gently. 
Crush about 5-7 biscuits (chocolate biscuits of chocolate shortbread).
Step 2
Presentation:
Place a layer of biscuit crumbs in the bottom of the glasses. Then add a layer of whipped cream, then some strawberries, cover with another layer of whipped cream. With the remaining strawberries you can make a coulis to pour over the top. Serve this dessert chilled.
