  • Crust:
  • 200g flour
  • 50g butter
  • 50g icing sugar
  • 1 egg
  • Custard:
  • 7 tp cornflour
  • 6 tbsp sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 500ml milk
  • fruits

Step 1

For the crust, mix sugar and flour.

Step 2

Add butter and mix well.

Step 3

Add in egg and knead into a dough.

Step 4

Put in the fridge for 30min.

Step 5

Make the crust, not too thick.

Step 6

Bake for 10-15min at 160oC till golden brown.

Step 7

Cut the fruits into small pieces.

Step 8

For the custard, mix milk and cornflour over medium fire. Stir until no lumps are seen.

Step 9

Add in egg yolk and stir well.

Step 10

Add in sugar. Stir until the custard thickens. Put a tea spoon of custard in the crust and place the fruits on top.
